Who knew a graham cracker sandwich filled with a marshmallow and a layer of chocolate could be so good. Such a genius idea. I want to share a twist to the classic recipe. All you’ll need: graham crackers (I used Honey Maid), marshmallow creme (I used Kraft); chocolate chips for dipping (I used Dolci Frutta).
- Spread marshmallow onto one side of graham cracker. Place other graham cracker onto marshmallow spread to make a sandwich.
- Freeze the marshmallow sandwich for approx. 30 mins.
- Melt chocolate chips and dip one side of marshmallow sandwich.
- Freeze for another 10 mins. Note: Store s’mores bars in the fridge until serving, to let marshmallow creme stay intact.
