French Onion Soup

Not sure what’s going on with the weather in LA. But it went from scorching hot to freezing cold just over night. Anyway, cold weather calls for soup. French onion soup is surprisingly easy to make and one of my favorites. The recipe calls for white wine, but I omitted it since I didn’t have any at home. The result still turned out fantastic.

The weather has been out of control in socal lately…. hot and then cold and rainy! This looks amazing, hardy and comforting on a cold day… I needed that yesterday 🙂
