Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts

February 8, 2012 § 1 Comment

One of my favorite things to do over the weekend is having brunch with friends or family. There’s something about a freshly brewed cup of coffee paired with pancakes that’s both indulging and relaxing. During a trip to Napa last year, we ordered a tiny bucket of cinnamon doughnuts to start. They were so good that I knew I had to try to recreate them.

I got a doughnut pan and mix. Since these doughnuts were baked, the consistency was cake-like. The doughnuts are best served warm. Thought I prefer doughnuts that are fried over baked, I was still quite happy with the results.

It's beautiful, well structured, interesting, sweet amazing [probably your own qualities right?] and it has completely got me hooked. I think we're going to get along just fine! 😉
I'd like to invite you to follow each other. I’d be very pleased.
I wish you lots of success and will surely come back often
